Job summary

Pelago Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Events to own strategy and execution of our B2B event portfolio, connecting investments to commercial priorities and creating high-quality customer experiences.

The role is hybrid, with four days per week in our NYC office and regular travel to conferences and client programs, including possible evening or weekend commitments. You’ll partner across Sales, Marketing, Content, and Brand to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading events, field/experiential marketing or related function with ownership of B2B events.
• Independently manage complex events from strategy and budgeting to onsite delivery and post-event measurement.
• Strong project management with multiple workstreams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own Pelago’s annual event calendar and end-to-end execution of B2B events and hosted experiences.
• Lead select corporate programs (Client Advisory Board, President’s Club) with exec and cross-functional teams.
• Translate commercial goals into event objectives, audiences, activation plans, and success criteria.
