Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in B2B collections.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience strongly desired.
• Proven success managing high-volume portfolios.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication, customer management and analytical abilities.
