Atrium is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts, drive timely payments, and support AR processes. You will analyze aging, resolve discrepancies, and partner with internal teams to improve cash flow and collection performance.

The role requires 4+ years in AR/B2B collections, experience with customer portfolios, reconciliations, disputes, and aging analysis, plus SAP S/4Hana and High Radius proficiency.

Formación

• 4+ years of AR/B2B collections experience.
• Experience managing customer portfolios, reconciliations and aging analysis.
• Experience with SAP S/4Hana and High Radius is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of B2B customer accounts and monitor outstanding balances.
• Conduct collections via phone, email, and written communication.
• Analyze aging reports, prioritize actions, and follow up on payments.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and disputes.
• Maintain accurate collection activity and documentation in the ERP system.
• Track metrics and identify trends to improve cash flow and collection performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other teams to resolve issues.
• Support standardized AR processes and reporting initiatives.
