Nabis is seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to manage a dedicated portfolio of brand and retailer accounts. You’ll drive proactive outreach on past‑due COD and net terms invoices, lead negotiations, and coordinate with invoicing and operations to keep product moving.

You’ll use Slack, Asana, and Zendesk daily, generate AR reports, and flag early credit risks while maintaining strong retailer relationships in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in B2B collections or high‑volume customer service
• Experience managing a large account portfolio and aging targets
• Strong negotiation and de‑escalation skills while preserving retailer relationships
• Hands‑on with collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, and Zendesk

• Own a portfolio of brand/retailer accounts and drive proactive outreach on past-due invoices
• Lead collections conversations with firmness and professionalism to secure payments
• Collaborate with invoicing, operations and delivery teams to resolve blockers
• Produce weekly AR and credit reports and support allowances for doubtful accounts
