Qualifications

• 5+ years in consultative technology sales or account management.
• Proven ability to secure complex Professional Services engagements and recurring Managed Services contracts.
• Ability to frame sales around business outcomes and ROI.
• Experience leading executive strategy sessions and collaborating with C-suite.
• Willingness to travel at least 40% for on-site client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scope, and attach Mission Cloud Professional Services and Managed Services to accelerate client transformation.
• Maintain a persistent cadence with client stakeholders through weekly strategy touchpoints and quarterly reviews.
• Act as trusted partner, aligning goals and KPIs to drive ROI and cost efficiency.
• Lead quarterly strategy sessions and executive reviews across services delivery.
• Develop multi-threaded relationships with C-suite, VP of Engineering, and IT Operations to align business strategy with delivery capabilities.
• Drive co-selling with AWS account teams and delivery practices for end-to-end service execution.
• Uncover expansion and cross-sell opportunities through ongoing client immersion.
