Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an Engineering Operations lead for the Core Avionics Team to improve operating cadence, integrate electronics design and manufacturing, and drive flight hardware readiness. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk across the lifecycle from concept to production, influencing lunar transport systems and spaceflight safety.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 7+ years in electronics design and manufacturing operations.
• Experience from concept through production of electronics hardware.
• Experience with SMT and through-hole assembly processes.
• Familiarity with Altium, Cadence or similar tools and MES.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and report IPT operating cadence with metrics on electronics milestones and manufacturing readiness.
• Coordinate with Lunar Management Operations to integrate Core Avionics into program cadence.
• Lead teams in electronics design-to-manufacturing handoff and process improvements.
• Coordinate design reviews, manufacturing readiness assessments, and supplier qualification.
