Blue Origin LLC is seeking an Engineering Operations lead for the Core Avionics Team. You will advance electronics design-to-manufacturing processes, manage budgets, schedules, and risks across the product lifecycle from concept to flight hardware.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on improvement of electronics manufacturing readiness to support lunar transportation systems and spaceflight safety.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or closely related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in electronics design and manufacturing operations in multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience managing electronics hardware development from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IPT operating cadence and report KPIs for electronics design milestones and manufacturing readiness.
• Monitor health of electronics design and manufacturing processes and identify improvements to reduce cycle time.
• Integrate Core Avionics Group into overall program operations cadence and coordinate dependencies.
