Job summary

Qualifications
- DoD Secret Clearance eligibility to access airfields and installations.
- Proven leadership and supervision experience in aviation maintenance.
- Thorough knowledge of avionics and electrical systems and their isolation.
- Experience acting as a final inspector for lower-level technicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise mechanics through complex maintenance workflows.
- Certify inspections and sign-off on maintenance and repairs.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and modify avionics and electrical systems.
- Coordinate schedules to meet strict aircraft delivery timelines.
- Provide technical support to engineers and external customers.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance logs.
