Job summary

ACET, Incorporated seeks an Aircraft Mechanic III - Avionics/Electrician to lead a hands-on maintenance team on airframes and systems. You will supervise subordinate mechanics, direct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and provide expert guidance to ensure fleet readiness.

The role requires advanced experience in avionics/electrical systems and final inspection authority, with a focus on meeting tight delivery schedules and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Qualified aircraft mechanic with demonstrated leadership in a high-tempo environment.
• Ability to supervise and sign off on maintenance performed by junior mechanics.
• Strong knowledge of avionics, electrical/avionics systems, and related troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor mechanics to complete maintenance workflows and meet delivery schedules.
• Act as certifying inspector with sign-off authority for Mechanic I–III tasks.
• Direct troubleshooting and repair of complex avionics, wiring, and structural components.
