Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic II - Avionics/Electrician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical systems and avionics on military airframes at Goldsboro, NC.

The role requires advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical theory, wiring, and troubleshooting, with duties including leading field teams and signing off on peer work.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of aircraft electrical theory, wiring repair, circuit troubleshooting, and avionics systems integration.
• Combined technical experience in general airframe maintenance, powerplant troubleshooting, and mechanical component replacement.
• Demonstrated mastery of specialized electronics test equipment alongside precision mechanical tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft electrical systems, wiring harnesses, avionics components, and networks of moderate difficulty.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair broader aircraft components including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Provide data inputs for MEC and ECOD reports and assist in MWOs.
