You will supervise scheduled and unscheduled work, exercising final inspection authority on complex airframe tasks.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Proven track record leading maintenance crews in aviation environments.
• Ability to act as final inspector over lower-level technicians.
• Strong skills reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and supervise mechanics through complex maintenance workflows and inspections.
• Serve as certifying inspector with sign-off authority for the team.
• Direct troubleshooting, repair, and testing of avionics, electronics, and wiring.
• Repair aircraft structures and powerplant interfaces as required.
• Provide technical support to engineers and customers with actionable input.
• Resolve complex anomalies by interpreting technical data and manuals.
• Train teams on specialized maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance in aircraft logs.
