Prestigious Global Firm seeks a Senior Application Engineer with Avature ATS experience to own the full HR technology lifecycle from implementation to optimization, delivering systems for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and LMS across a global organization.

The role requires hands-on leadership in HR tech, API integrations, SSO, and governance to ensure secure, scalable solutions and informed decision-making across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IS
• +7 years of experience supporting HR tech including LMS, recruiting, performance management
• +Experience leading HR technology implementations across cross-functional teams
• +Strong HR workflows knowledge, ideally in professional services
• +Programming/scripting: Java, .NET, Python; SQL and data analysis
• +Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and SSO technologies

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation and lifecycle management of HR and talent systems
• Provide Level 3 support for HR applications and diagnose complex issues
• Drive technical strategy for HR systems and future roadmaps
• Design user-centered configurations aligning with business goals
• Ensure governance, security, and privacy standards across systems
• Build integrations across systems using APIs for secure data flow
• Strengthen vendor partnerships to enhance solutions
• Enable data-driven decisions through analytics and reporting
• Maintain system documentation, standards, and support procedures
