Job summary

Avature is seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant to lead customer-facing HR software projects for large multinational clients. You will analyze requirements, design solutions in Avature, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

You will engage with government projects, manage scope and costs, and support user acceptance testing while contributing to the product knowledge base for best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English.
• Experience in managing software implementation projects, preferably SaaS or HR software.
• Experience configuring and supporting SaaS systems as a business systems analyst or system administrator.
• Willing to be sponsored for US government security clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in software configuration and process design.
• Comfortable using AI tools and staying up to date with emerging capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing implementation of strategic HR projects for large multinational companies.
• Analyze customer needs and contribute to Avature’s commercial strategy.
• Provide feedback to product design for knowledge base improvements.
• Ensure top quality implementations and adherence to project standards; mentor implementation associates.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and cross-team coordination for government projects.
• Design solutions in the Avature platform, validate requirements, and support user acceptance testing.
