Job summary

Avature is seeking a senior implementation professional to lead customer-facing projects for large multinational clients, with a focus on government-related engagements. You will analyze business needs, design solutions within Avature, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure successful deployments.

You will drive requirements workshops, validate scope, and support user acceptance testing, leveraging AI tools to optimize processes and knowledge bases.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English.
• Experience in managing software implementation projects of varying complexity, preferably related to SaaS or HR software.
• Previous experience configuring and supporting SaaS systems as a business systems analyst or system administrator.
• Willing and eligible to be sponsored for US government security clearance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Interest in software configuration and process design.
• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing implementation of strategic HR projects for large multinational companies.
• Analyze and understand business needs to contribute to Avature’s commercial strategy.
• Provide feedback to product design area to enhance knowledge base of best practice designs.
• Review and provide feedback on the work of implementation associates to ensure quality.
• Assist in leading the implementation of Avature software for government projects.
• Outline tasks, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies; manage risks and coordinate with internal/external parties.
• Validate requirements via workshops and build consensus on project scope and plan.
• Design solutions in the Avature platform and demonstrate them to customers.
• Assist customers with user acceptance testing and oversee deployments.
• Coordinate data migration, integrations, data analytics, engineering, cloud services, and web portal design.
