Job summary

Sandisk is seeking an experienced IT professional to support Avature ATS and onboarding, working closely with HR to translate requirements into robust system solutions. You will configure workflows, manage integrations with Workday, and support learning platform initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System.
• Experience with Workday HCM or Workday integrations.
• Good understanding of recruiting, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
• Experience with system configuration, workflows, forms, templates, and business process changes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Avature Applicant Tracking and Onboarding platform from the IT side.
• Coordinate with HR and business leaders to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Configure Avature to support recruiting, onboarding, workflow, and business processes.
• Support system enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and deployments.
