Job summary

Astreya is seeking an on-site AV Technician III in San Francisco to maintain and support corporate AV/VC environments, ensuring reliable meeting-room and event experiences. You will diagnose and resolve AV issues, coordinate escalations, and guide junior staff.

Responsibilities include room readiness, preventive maintenance, and supporting executive meetings and high-profile events, with occasional travel to other client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5–8 years related experience.
• Experience supporting corporate AV, videoconferencing, meeting-room environments.
• Strong understanding of AV signal flow and room-control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot displays, cameras, microphones, and conferencing systems.
• Ability to escalate to engineers or vendors when needed.
• Experience supporting executive meetings and hybrid events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operational readiness of conference rooms and event spaces.
• Respond to AV tickets and meet SLAs while updating tickets.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and conferencing systems independently.
• Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and room checks on AV equipment.
• Support high-profile events and executive meetings.
