Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is seeking an Audio Visual Support Technician to deliver hands-on AV and event production support for corporate events, meetings, and webinars. You will work on-site or remotely, handling equipment, testing setups, and coordinating with clients to ensure successful productions.

You will manage pre-production, perform equipment checks, and provide post-event reporting while maintaining high service standards and clear communication with stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience in a similar role.
• Experience in video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Flexible approach to working hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end AV and event support on-site or remotely.
• Operate AV gear (audio, lighting, vision mix, PTZ cameras) for events.
• Coordinate events using ticketing or booking systems and manage client expectations.
• Produce event reports and act as primary contact for AV coordination.
• Ensure equipment is tested and operational before events and liaise with vendors.
