Job summary

Astreya is hiring an AV & Event Support Technician to ensure flawless events on-site in San Francisco. The role involves hands-on operation of audio, video, lighting and cameras, plus remote coordination via Zoom, Google Meet, and Streamyard.

You’ll work with executives and diverse teams, often needing flexible hours and weekend coverage. You’ll manage pre-event setup, run-of-show production, and post-event reporting while maintaining spaces and equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience in a similar role.
• Experience managing events and webinars remotely via Zoom.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver events on-site or remotely via Zoom/Meet/Streamyard.
• Operate audio/lighting/vision and PTZ cameras for events.
• Coordinate events using ticketing/booking systems and liaise with stakeholders.
• Maintain event spaces and provide post-event reports as requested.
• Serve as primary AV contact for venues and third-party vendors.
