Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC in San Francisco seeks an AV Technician II to join our onsite team with a global client. You will support corporate AV/VC environments, analyze problems quickly, and contribute to high-profile events with audio, video, conferencing, and control systems.

Occasional travel to client offices is required and assignments are moderately challenging. Responsibilities include installing AV equipment, cabling, updating tickets, uploading Crestron programs, and supporting inventory

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 2–5 years related experience, or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and team.
Reading and understanding AV system drawings and installation techniques.

Responsibilities

Install AV equipment: audio/video conferencing, distributed audio, digital signage, control systems.
Install and test cabling incl. cat5e/6, video, RGB, HDMI, DVI, audio.
Meet SLAs and update tickets; assist with inventory and RMA processes.
Upload Crestron control programs and coordinate with remote team for certification.
Troubleshoot issues during events and perform pre-event checks.
Coordinate with end users and vendors; support cross-functional teams during events.
