Daisy Orange County is seeking an AV Service Technician in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In this role, you will solve and troubleshoot audio, visual, controls, and security equipment while representing the Daisy brand. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, managing support, and interacting with clients to enhance their lives through technology.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of AV/Networking/Technology Integration experience.
• Motivated to learn new technologies and processes.
• Valid Michigan driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
• Manage end-user training and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate on installation standards in team meetings.
• Travel to job sites and maintain tools and vehicle.
• Communicate daily with the project manager.
