Encore Global seeks a Sr. Technical Lead to bridge between technical leadership and specialists for hotel and venue events in New Orleans, LA. You will supervise, trouble‑shoot, and optimize AV systems, ensuring flawless execution from setup to breakdown.

You will mentor staff and collaborate with sales, operations, and clients to deliver exceptional event experiences while upholding Encore’s standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field experience in the specialty area is required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• External applicants must meet/validate all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Operates and maintains advanced audiovisual equipment for events.
• Troubleshoots issues and ensures timely resolution during events.
• Provides mentorship and coaching to team members.
• Supervises technicians during events and coordinates with operations staff.
• Maintains security and upkeep of equipment and inventory.
