Job summary

Encore is hiring a Sr. Technical Lead in Beverly Hills to bridge the gap between technical leadership and specialist work. You will oversee equipment operation, supervise technicians during events, and mentor team members while ensuring secure handling and maintenance of gear.

Role demands hospitality experience, ability to interact with diverse teams, and occasional heavy lifting up to 50 lbs. Expect irregular hours in hotel/convention center environments with high-end AV equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of field experience in the specialty area required.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements per Encore’s Learning Program.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot advanced audiovisual equipment, ensuring flawless event execution.
• Provide excellent customer service and nurture client relationships.
• Mentor and coach technical, sales, and operations staff.
