Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of field experience in the specialty.
• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• External applicants must meet training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet certification requirements per Encore's program.
• Valid driver's license may be required and DOT requirements may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot advanced audiovisual equipment during events.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and coordinate training.
• Supervise and direct technicians during events and pre/post-event tasks.
• Assist with equipment storage, security, and maintenance; perform inventory/forecasting.
