Job summary

Daisy is seeking a Service Technician to install, configure, and maintain low-voltage integrated systems in residential and commercial locations. You will work closely with clients, lead technicians, and project managers to ensure systems operate at peak performance.

The role requires AV/Networking experience, a Control4 certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You may travel to various job sites and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Must have AV/Networking/Technology Integration experience.
• Exhibits leadership abilities and can motivate others.
• Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
• Manage end-user training, troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate on problem-solving during installations and team meetings.
• Travel to various job sites; handle tools and equipment safely.
• Interact with clients, builders, and other industry professionals.
• Provide daily progress updates to the project manager.
