Daisy - Norwalk is seeking a Senior Service Technician to be the primary client contact, keeping smart space systems running flawlessly. The role requires a seasoned AV professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience who can troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize complex systems while delivering a world-class client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of direct Audio Video (AV) experience — required.
• Experience with networking, control systems, and technology integration preferred.
• Control4 Certification (preferred).
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied physical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on AV/smart space systems.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Assess, test, and maintain audio-visual, networking, control, and security systems.
• Service Coordination: Quote and manage repairs or upgrades, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Documentation: Log all service activities using CRM tools.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, service, and trade teams for cohesive delivery.
• Administration: Manage a client book, expand relationships, and report results to leadership.
