Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Project Manager to lead AV system integration projects from initiation to completion. You’ll coordinate timelines, budgets and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance of change orders. Strong collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication and Installation teams is required.

Qualifications

• The candidate has proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of revenue, budget and financial variance factors.
• Experience in AV, Construction, Technology or related industry.
• Knowledge of technical, contractual, and construction documents.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project scheduling tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of AV system integration projects.
• Coordinate timelines, resources and budgets to meet scope, schedule and cost constraints.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and escalate when needed.
• Prepare and review status reports and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quality and compliance with change orders and documentation.
