Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV systems integration projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, safety and customer satisfaction while adhering to AVI-SPL processes. Travel to job sites is required as needed.

Must have 3–5 years in a PM role within AV/construction/tech, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Project Manager in AV/Construction/Tech.
• Proven PM and team leadership experience.
• Strong time management with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Creative problem solving to identify complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project direction, coordination and completion per AVI-SPL process.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings among Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation.
• Identify and manage project risks; escalate to management when needed.
• Create and manage project schedules and resource plans.
• Manage project budgets and communicate profitability impact to leadership.
• Provide status reporting and ensure quality of work by internal or subcontracted teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction.
