Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Project Manager to lead AV systems integration projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication and Installation, manage risks, and maintain schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Demonstrated management of multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interaction skills.
• Creative problem solving and investigation skills.
• Understanding of revenue, budget and financial variance factors.
• Experience managing projects in AV, Construction, Technology or related industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings among Sales, Engineering, Programming and Installation.
• Identify and manage project risk, resolving issues with the team or management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules and budgets.
• Facilitate material/equipment orders and change control as needed.
• Monitor expenditures and report status to management.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget project delivery and customer satisfaction.
