Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV system integration projects, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget while meeting quality and safety standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, and client communications, while upholding AVI-SPL processes to maximize customer satisfaction. Travel to client sites will be required; salary ranges from $93k to $130k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in AV, construction, technology or related industry.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of revenue, budget, margins, and financial variance.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Learn and comply with AVI-SPL standard processes and procedures.
• Manage project kickoff meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Create and manage comprehensive project schedules and resource plans.
• Coordinate material orders and project expenditures within budget.
• Provide status reports and escalate issues to management.
• Ensure quality of work by internal or subcontracted resources.
• Maintain relationships with customers to improve on-time delivery and satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites as required and support project objectives.
