Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV systems integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and meeting quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, and customers, manage risks, schedules and resources, and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in AV, construction, technology or related industry.
• Proven project management and team leadership experience.
• Strong time management with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of budgets, margins and financial variances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction for AV projects.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and ongoing project activities across internal teams and customers.
• Identify risks and drive issue resolution while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Ensure proper close-out documentation and client relationship post-delivery.
