Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale AV systems integration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and safety meet client expectations. You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, drive project schedules, and manage change orders to protect profitability.

The role requires PMP/PRINCE2 and AVIXA CTS certifications, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Must have PMP/PRINCE2 Practitioner certification and AVIXA CTS.
• Experience leading large-scale multi-phase AV systems integration projects.
• Strong budget, schedule, scope, quality, and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of large AV integration projects.
• Coordinate activities to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion per AVI-SPL processes.
• Lead internal/external kick-off meetings and manage stakeholder communications.
• Monitor risks and changes, manage costs, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Ensure project closeout documentation and client handover is complete.
