Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale AV systems integration projects from initiation through closeout. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality, safety, and customer satisfaction targets.

The role requires coordinating contract documents, schedules, and cross-functional teams across multiple sites. The ideal candidate holds PMP/PRINCE2 and AVIXA CTS certifications, demonstrates strong leadership, and can manage change orders and budgets.

Qualifications

• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is required.
• AVIXA CTS certification is required/preferred.
• Strong leadership with ability to mentor PMs and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of budgets, costs, margins and earned value management.
• Ability to read and interpret complex contracts and construction documents.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale, multi-phased AV projects to meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate project kick-offs with internal/external stakeholders and maintain communication/docs.
• Manage change orders and ensure adherence to AVI-SPL processes and procedures.
• Provide regular progress reports and ensure proper closeout and as-built documentation.
