Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV systems integration projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and uphold AVI-SPL process standards across multiple projects.

You will lead risk management, document control, and stakeholder communication while traveling to job sites as required. A strong background in AV/construction settings and MS Project proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Project Manager experience in AV, construction, technology or related industry.
• Experience managing multiple projects with attention to time, budget and quality.
• Proficient in reading contract documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the directions and execution of AV system integration projects from kickoff to completion.
• Ensure projects meet time, scope, budget, safety and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers to improve on-time delivery and quality.
