Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC seeks a Venue Director III to oversee the successful management of their assigned venue, driving profitability, sales and operations goals while delivering best-in-class customer service to hotel partners, clients and staff. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years management-level experience in the AV/hospitality industry preferred
• Experience aligning teams behind common goals

Responsibilities

• Lead events from planning to execution with best-in-class customer service for stakeholders.
• Direct Operations team to ensure efficient floor operations, setup/strike of equipment, and other floor activities.
• Review P&L to ensure profitability and manage expenses with cost-control measures.
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure security and availability of resources.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue partners and hotel teams.
