Responsibilities

• Lead events with best-in-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient floor operations for setup/strike and other floor activities.
• Review P&L to ensure profitability and manage expenses.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accessibility.
• Attend hotel meetings as necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, tools and innovations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with venue partners.
• Represent Pinnacle Live at hotel meetings and site visits.
• Ensure timely payment of payables and processing of invoices.
• Utilize sales cycle to maximize revenue across all phases.
• Train, manage and develop team per SOPs.
