Job summary

Pinnacle Live seeks an Operations Manager to support the Venue Director in daily operations, event execution, and team development. You’ll oversee audiovisual setup, maintenance, and logistics while delivering exceptional guest service and client satisfaction.

Your role includes staff training, vendor relations, budgeting, and adherence to SOPs to uphold Pinnacle Live’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of event technology experience in hospitality.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
• Strong communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead events with focus on service quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Manage inventory, vendors, and equipment.
• Develop staff and maintain SOP adherence.
• Monitor budget and drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Collaborate with hotel meetings and ensure safety compliance.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Event technology experience

Managerial experience
