You will oversee daily operations, ensure flawless event execution, manage personnel, and optimize equipment, safety, and guest satisfaction across premier hotels and resorts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership in event execution with top-tier customer service to stakeholders.
• Ensure timely setting and striking of events and floor activities.
• Maintain inventory integrity and equipment readiness.
• Manage staff development and vendor relationships to meet Pinnacle Live standards.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and vendor invoices with accuracy.
• Attend hotel meetings and support system enhancements as needed.
• Provide technical support for events and ensure safety protocols.
