Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Operations Manager to assist the Venue Director with daily operational management of the venue, focusing on event execution, team development, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee setup, operation and removal of AV equipment, manage staff, budgets, and vendor relationships, and ensure safe, high‑quality service at premier hotels and resorts across North America.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years event technology experience in hospitality.
• Minimum two years managerial experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the execution of events with the highest commitment to best-in-class customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely setting, striking of events and other essential floor activities.
• Maintain inventory integrity ensuring quality, functionality, organization and availability.
• Maintain a working knowledge of industry trends, tools and innovations.
• Train, manage, and develop staff in accordance with SOPs for elevated customer service and growth.
• Build strong relationships with equipment sub-rental and labor vendors to meet Pinnacle Live standards.
• Manage accurate and timely billing of events and clients.
• Attend hotel meetings as necessary.
