Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Installation Technician 4 to join our team in Massachusetts on contracted projects. You will lead installation crews, perform cable pulls, terminations, and wiring, and coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in AV/electronics installation, CTS-I certification, strong leadership, and proficiency with test equipment and safety standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
6–8 years in AV/electronics installation experience.
Valid AVIXA CTS-I certification required.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to lead site teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct installation crews on large projects.
Read electrical schematics and architectural blueprints.
Perform cable pulls, terminations, and equipment wiring.
Coordinate with Project Manager and report progress.
Test systems and assist with programming changes.
Travel to various job sites as needed.
