Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Installation Technician 3 to perform installation tasks on contracted projects, including cable pulls, terminations, rack fabrication, and wiring layouts. You will lead on-site installation crews on larger projects, coordinating with the Project Manager to meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong AV knowledge, low-voltage cabling skills, test equipment proficiency, and the ability to mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation crews on large projects, coordinating with the Project Manager.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
• Install, terminate, and test AV cabling and equipment.
• Mentor Level 1 and 2 Technicians on site.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
