Job summary

AVI‑SPL seeks an Installation Technician 2 to perform AV installation tasks on contracted projects, including cable pulls, terminations, rack fabrication, and wiring. The role may involve leading installation crews per project directives and reporting progress to the Project Manager to meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years audiovisual installation experience preferred.
• Owns or has access to valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks and client training per project scope.
• Lead Level 1 Technicians and ensure quality of work.
• Read project schematics and blueprints to install AV systems.
• Use hand and power tools to install and terminate cables and components.
• Travel to various job sites as required and coordinate with Project Manager.
