Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, supervise technicians, and uphold Encore’s service and safety standards at our Nashville venues.

You will oversee event setup, staff development, and on-site client interactions to ensure seamless event execution and high customer satisfaction. The role involves training new hires, managing equipment, and coordinating with venue management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet all training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for roles that operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily floor activities for timely equipment setup, refresh and removal.
• Direct workflow of technicians and suggest operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Maintain updated flowsheets and coordinate event communications.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore service standards.
• Lead security, storage, and maintenance of equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
