Job summary

The role includes designing, implementing, and managing AV and IP-based solutions, coordinating with cross-functional teams, documenting designs, maintaining service quality, and supporting live events as needed.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in work-related field required.
• Experience leading a Communications Technologies service team and mentoring staff.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and Lean process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience designing and managing audio-visual systems for events and projects.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support all Collaboration Technologies services and solutions.
• Ensure systems and services meet or exceed published Service Level metrics.
• On-call rotor to attend to P1/P2 incidents out of hours.
• Create and maintain documentation for Collaboration Technologies solutions.
• Define, monitor and report on Communications Technologies service metrics.
• Develop innovative IT solutions to complex business problems and simplify architectures.
• Translate technical information clearly to diverse groups and levels.
• Gather requirements for service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in clinical IT solutions.
• Provide on-site support during live events and projects.
• Stay updated on latest AV technologies and industry trends.
• Integrate AV with IT infrastructure (IP-based, VoIP, networked AV).
• Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of AV equipment.
