Job summary

Diversified is seeking an experienced Senior Audio-Visual Support Services Engineer to provide on-site technical support for video conferencing, projection, display devices, and room control systems across multiple campuses. You will work with clients and third-party integrators to commission rooms and support live events.

Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous AV technology improvements while coordinating with project teams and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise AV support experience.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting complex AV systems and event best practices.
• Ability to present well with high level executives in high pressure meetings.
• Proactive in finding issues and supporting onsite clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced AV support and break-fix for room systems and displays.
• Coordinate system testing, commissioning, and escalation of issues until resolved.
• Maintain project records, quotes, and BOMs; support documentation and site surveys.
• Oversee AV equipment repair and serve as technical escalation point.
• Provide on-site user training and support for AV technologies.
