Job summary
Diversified in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Audio-Visual Support Services Engineer to provide advanced AV support across multiple rooms and campuses. You will handle break-fix, preventive maintenance, and coordination with clients and third-party integrators.
The role also covers commissioning, documentation, and on-site training, with on-site hours Monday–Friday and overtime as needed. Join a team that values innovation and delivers high-end AV experiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise AV support experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/Visio to read rack layouts.
- Experience with major AV manufacturers (QSC, Crestron, Cisco, Biamp, Shure).
- Ability to present professionally to executives.
- CTS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced AV support and break-fix for enterprise systems.
- Oversee AV equipment maintenance and improvements.
- Support executive meetings with setup, monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate project commissioning and system testing with teams.
- Develop BOMs and rack layouts; create final engineering drawings.
- Ensure compliance with safety and client policies.
- Train users on AV systems.
