Stanford Live at Stanford University seeks an experienced Audio/Video Manager to lead live sound, webcast, and archival operations for events at Bing Concert Hall. You will coordinate with guest engineers, vendors, and stage staff, reporting to the Production Manager.

The successful candidate will have seven plus years of AV engineering experience, strong project management, and proficiency with Word and Excel; FinalCut or Photoshop is a plus.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Serve as lead audio engineer for events and projects, coordinating with guest engineers and designers as needed.
• Maintain AV infrastructure and equipment; coordinate with outside vendors for rentals and over-hire labor.
• Assist with load-in of staging, lighting, backline, video, and audio; may act as Stage Manager.
• Troubleshoot AV issues and perform regular maintenance of systems.
• Assist other staff with venue operations and inventory related tasks.
• Support marketing and engagement teams with audio-related projects and on-site shoots.
• Operate video equipment as needed and coordinate with over-hire video engineers.
• Collaborate with production team to align technical production with artistic goals.
