Job summary

Gills Point S is seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Service Advisor in Caldwell, Idaho to mentor staff and enhance the customer experience. You will supervise service advisors, coordinate with technicians, and ensure accurate estimates and timely repairs.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, handling customer questions, advising on tire and service options, and maintaining service records using POS and scheduling systems. Leadership, sales, and strong automotive knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in automotive or tire industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and tire services.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of service advisors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout the service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns and recommend tire, maintenance, and repair services.
• Explain services, pricing, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships with professional and honest service.
• Identify opportunities to upsell based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
• Follow up on service recommendations and completed work.
• Coach, train, and mentor Service Advisors to develop skills.
