Gills Point S Tire is seeking a Service Center Manager in Lewiston, Idaho. Lead the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, coach staff, and grow sales through trusted tire and maintenance recommendations.

The role blends strong business sense with leadership excellence to ensure quality workmanship, productive operations, and lasting community relationships. ASE certs are a plus and a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in automotive repair, tire, or retail service.
• Strong automotive knowledge: tires, preventative maintenance, and general repair.
• Proven ability to coach teams and develop talent.
• Outstanding customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience driving sales and improving customer retention.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, labor management, and KPI analysis.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• ASE certifications or other industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service center operations and lead the team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Develop employees, support technicians, grow sales, and maintain operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, expenses, billing, and cash flow.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff.
• Foster a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment.
