Job summary

Gills Point S Tire in Lewiston, Idaho is seeking a Lead Service Advisor to guide the service experience, mentor teammates, and drive profitable outcomes. You’ll work closely with technicians and the Service Center Manager to ensure knowledgeable, professional service and a consistent customer experience.

You’ll advise on Retail Tires, oil changes, preventative maintenance, and related services, while coaching others and improving daily operations for the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in automotive, tire, or related industry.
• Extensive automotive or tire knowledge with maintenance and repair understanding.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or training others preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the service experience.
• Explain recommended services, pricing, and timelines clearly.
• Coach, train, and mentor fellow Service Advisors to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Coordinate service schedules and ensure on-time completion of repairs.
• Identify opportunities to upsell tire and maintenance services while maintaining trust.
