Atlantic Coast Honda is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to join a busy service team. This onsite role reports to the Service Manager and requires open availability including Saturdays.

You will focus on customer satisfaction, communicate with technicians, prepare estimates, write repair orders, and help maintain long-term relationships with customers. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are preferred; service-advisor experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior service advisor experience required.
• Automotive technician background preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• 3+ years of experience with vehicle systems and maintenance.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote communication between customers and technicians.
• Identify vehicle concerns and recommend services.
• Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs.
• Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
• Communicate additional service needs based on inspections.
• Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage.
• Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates.
